Strength Training Intro

 

Today marks the day we officially move forward with the instructional video tutorial series. I have been thinking and planning this project for a long time. I will cover all the compound movements I can think of that build true functional strength. I will explain what muscle groups are involved in each exercise. I will also demonstrate each exercise completely listing key points of each. If you have a specific exercise in mind that I haven’t covered, feel free to ask for a video. I will do my best to cover in full each exercise discussed. If you are still unclear, please ask for help. The point of this entire series is to help everyone looking for a clear and complete instruction from a beginning level up to an advanced lifter.
